In today's era of rapid technological advancement, aluminum extrusion profile, as environmentally friendly, lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and high-performance materials, have been widely applied in fields such as aviation and automotive. However, how to cleverly assemble aluminium profile together while ensuring both strength and aesthetic appeal is undoubtedly a technical challenge. Below are some precautions. We will guide you through the unique charm of aluminium profiles window and door.

First, during the preparation phase, before starting the assembly of aluminum profiles, a series of preparatory work needs to be carried out. Initially, the aluminum profiles need to be cleaned to remove surface oil contaminants and oxidation layers, which can enhance the adhesion and durability of the aluminum profiles. After cleaning, drying treatment is required to ensure there is no moisture or impurities on the surface of the aluminum profiles.
Second, cutting and trimming. According to design requirements, cut and trim the aluminum profiles. During cutting, specialized cutting equipment and tools, such as saws, drills, and milling machines, should be used. After cutting, trimming is necessary to ensure the cut surface is smooth and without burrs. Also, check if the dimensions of the cut profiles meet the design requirements.
